Track Name: 139
I drink like a child, I smoke like a fish,
My baby came along and blew me a big old wet kiss,
The bubbles she blew into my mouth tasted of intervention.

So I So I tried to find a cavern in which to hide,
But all my recent cries seem to have created a landslide
They're all bottled up and there ain't no other place to go

So it seems I'm left to simply flounder in the these shallows,
Trying to keep my head underwater long enough,
atleast, atleast to avoid recognition

Cause lately I've been finding my only solace in them horoscopes,
They're far enough away to escape my blows,
when I feel the anger rise and I start to throw them punches

I never placed too much stock in the sky,
It seems that lately I,
I've been putting all my faith in a ball of fire

I shiver like a ragdoll, I breathe like a ghost,
The father in the forest tells me he's had enough
That I better take root and learn to calm that temper,

So I So I dug a little hollow for just us both,
Where we can cocoon through the snowdrift until the mayflowers come
and the dew drops to tell us that we've long passed the time for sleeping

But still i wonder, Can the rain really carry away the winter rot
to be delivered down the river to the ocean floor,
There's a promise in the daylight, oh lord how i'll try to taste it.

I never placed too much stock in the sky,
It seems that lately I,
I've been putting all my faith in a ball of fire
